I started the diet on a difficult day because I had to go out in the night and that usually means drinking.
I counted the calories all day and reserved some space for drinking in the night (hence no dinner).
I know that's no fine for my health and right now I woke up very hungry. But this is not my normal day-to-day. I rarely go out or drink...
So I entered "Reasonably well" while I know that isn't the best road. But at least I didn't commit any excess...
For today I have no special plans. I guess I'll rest for my excesses yesterday and eat healthy.
As always I start with a big cup (400ml) of coffee with half-fat milk (no sugar). That's only about 127 KCal and that always gets me fine to lunch.
For lunch today I think I'll make some salmon with salad. And depending on my appetite I'll dinner lightly with some fruit (apples probably) or I'll grill some fat-less chicken or Turkey.
Easy piece.
P.S. I want to apologize for my English and always using metric system measurement references. But I'm Spanish (the one in Europe ;)...
