Diario de Katsolo, 16 ene. 21

This weight is probably a little lower, but I was rushing for my desk this morning because I'm working a little this weekend and the east coast scheduled the calls. At least it didn't start at 6am. I really hate those. 😐

Swam last night, I love night swimming when it's warm. Last night was the end of that for a bit. High is only 75 today, so will be colder as soon as the sun goes down. The moon was so clear and I could see the lights in Mexico which is always cool.

851 strokes, average heart rate 136, 10.1 METs. When I dig in on the stats, there was a big change before the beginning of that swim and the second half where I was definitely working harder and more in the mid to high 140's. My hips feel tight this morning, so will do some stretching as soon as I escape the desk. That said, it was good. One day, I will figure out how to film a swim without endangering my phone, so I can see what I'm doing differently as I fatigue.

So, we keep doing what we're doing, focus on the veggies, keep the protein higher, and be mindful of overall calories. I'm still eating my chocolate truffles, too. No pics today. Didn't leave the house yesterday.
