Diario de Shrewdness, 22 mar. 21

I’m going to weigh in on Wednesday.
I had made soup for my husband last night - really late - and we both had tons of crackers with the soup. I’m going to give myself two days to work that late night extra dinner off.
Today I’m going to eat very few calories and hopefully get some walking steps in. I have to it’s only form of exercise I have and I have to get stronger, the strongest thing about me right now is my password.😊

Crackers were a surprising source of calories for me when I started logging them. I would eat as a snack kippers on crackers quite often. When I learned I was eating nearly half the days calories with the crackers I cut them completely. Now it’s just kippers for a snack, yeah fairly plain but still good

I like crackers. Wheat Thins, Triscuit, Chicken-In-A-Biscuit, Club, Saltines.... I just watch/count how many calories/crackers I eat. I do the same w/corn chips. We can't have potatoes, still, until Easter.

The soup is good try adding some cauliflower rice or if it's crunch you need there are alot of lowfat altenatives. I like skinny pop, nut thins, keto chips there are so many to pick from on Amazon and in the stores to use in place of crackers.

I love this because it highlights healthy ways to correct your calorie average for the week by taking actionable steps that are not harmful to your body. Great job shrewdness
