I didn't choose to do IF Hump, but due to lockdown my swin isn't until 1000 so I don't break fast until noon on those days now. I will be interested to see how that works out longer term.

Hello Anne_145, you have done well too. Have a good Friday. I'm off today to have my second covid injection. And a day out. So I am glad that today has come. Bit the Indian covid worries me a bit. Still I'm sure we will remain ok as long as we look after our health. Be safe. Merry Mel.

Akin, I have been very lucky over the years............I haven't had a lot of injuries. But I am careful and stopped doing high impact at about 35 years old and no longer do heavy lifts.

Hi Nutri! I get hungry about an hour before my swim. But once I start swimming I don't notice it again until I am in the car driving home, especially if stuck at the traffic lights!
