Achieved a Milestone Today! 'Just' under 160 -woo-hoo! Body seems stubborn getting there, but finally relented. Had a low calorie day yesterday so I wondered what that might do. Had under 900 calories of yummy food including a small dessert. Wasnt hungry at all, so I didnt try to achieve my 1200 cal. count. I guess it all worked out. Now to keep 'under' and downward trend. This could be just a tease. Fingers crossed 🤞 and sticking with the plan! Happy Friday Everyone!
