Kay, I don't weigh every day. 😁 Sometimes I do and sometimes I just don't bother when I know I've had salty stuff or more than usual that will make the scale show a stupid, temporary number.... 😁 I'm weighing in pretty much every day now, but that is because I'm really really trying to make progress. It really does help me. 😊

Thank you, John! I really appreciate your encouragment. I've been super annoyed with how hard I'm working and not seeing much of a numerical shift. I know all the "reasons" but I would like to be at least in the "blue" for all my efforts, which is 1.8 pounds away for me. Honestly, I've hovered above goal far more than being exactly at it or below. The problem is either with the number I'm trying to be at... Or with me! 😁 But, I do remember being cranky I was five above goal, and now I'm hanging a bit lower. I have a short memory! 😁 Anyway, thanks, John for always being herewith your example and kindness!
