Another tremendous drop. Next week I should finally be in the 130s.
I was reading online on how to lower BF %, and among weight lifting (which I don't think I'll ever do on any regular basis) is eating high fiber and high protein foods. I've been doing well on fiber, but I could get in better/more protein sources. But losing weight of course will help that number go down. The issue will be what BF % I'm at when I'm at my goal weight. 😄
I was supposed to go for a run this morning, and that didn't quite work out, so I'll be shooting for getting one in this afternoon.
