I have had some small deficits over the last three days the average being 420 calories so I am pleased that the scales have still acknowledged this smaller effort. I am now 4.5 Kg from my target and by weight 75% though this first diet effort. I am still pondering about how to tackle this next phase.
The main concern that I have at the moment is that during my health check I was reminded something I had totally forgotten! During my last check in 2019 my HbA1c test had showed up a pre-diabetes result of 46 -That's at the top end of the pre diabetes range. Totally shocked that I had basically ignored this critical fact from two years ago and now somewhat nervous now about my recent test with results due in a week.
