Completed my circular 8.5 Km walk/jog and for the first time managed to jog for the first 6k without stopping despite the serious hills - I think I can officially call it a jog now as there is only about 300 metres being walked. I managed to shave just over a minute off my best time. It's now down to 1H02M11S. Hoping to break one hour sometime soon and perhaps even jog the whole lot. The fat is definitely reducing around my belly - The side handle bits are looking a bit smaller. There is months of work ahead though to sort my belly out to make me fully happy. Yesterday I knocked up a quick wooden DIY "fitness step" to use to help mostly me with doing calve exercises to help my jogging.
