This is the first time I have been out of the "Blue" zone since July 15, 2020. My weight isn't a concern but I'm not liking the increase in body fat...

Yesterday I ate "Well" at 102% of my calorie goal, missed my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 243 kcal deficit // BF↑0.2% and is out of range // sleep Goal met
