We all stumble and fall. The strong ones get up and start moving again. You just have to decide what's really important to you. If your health is apart of those factors then there's really no question. It'll be the hardest battle you'll probably ever face. But if you believe and put forth the work you can do this! But it all starts with you & your mindset. Lean on this community when you're struggling. I find that the unity and accountability of this app has kept me in line a lot of times. Good luck... you got this!
