The crazy week starts and I am already running late.🙁
Sleep is gold and I need a few nuggets, but it evades me. I will not sleep until I find a cure for my insomnia!🙃
I told my friend I've been getting migraines and seeing spots lately.
She said, "Have you seen a doctor?"
I replied, "No, just spots."😁

Happy Monday, I'm feeling the same. I just got asked why I didn't include some information in a report this morning. I said that the information I included accurately reflected my knowledge on the subject at this point in time. true story.

Shrewdness, Did we chat about blue light filtering & screen time? Hubs has the same problem. It affected his health in the long run. His doc & I talked to him about the 2 hrs no screen b4 bed. If it's not possible, blue light filtering glasses, or change screen setting. The 2 hr no screen rule is a challenge. Your body can't repair without enough rem sleep. Sorry to butt in. I stay quiet on this subject after this. 😅🤐
