NCR loss. 😁 I'm still sore from a tough gym visit, but the water gain from working out has departed. Might be back today of I can manage to get to the gym after work tonight. 😂💪

Thanks all!! ❤️😘 Shrewdness, I did mange to get to the gym after work. That was a first for me! Yay! Normally, I go before. I'm too tired afterward, but I forced myself to toddle over and get a workout in. Literally, I don't even have to move my car... PF is so close to work. 😁 Chris, you brat! 😂 You were gone too long... But I was not working out for over a month also... Galavanting around Europe keep my feet moving at least! 😁 I suppose you can come over and we can compare atrophied muscles? 😁 It has been about a year and five pounds ago last we met! 😁

mbuzz95, thank you! It was taken standing on a bridge in Amsterdam. It was late in the day after about 30,000 steps... We hit 32,000 that day! 😁 The picture It is a reminder to me of why keeping my weight down and keeping fit is so important... I want to keep walking! 😁
