I prefer to have a slow start when cutting back diet. I find that if I start a strict regime overnight it quickly becomes a drag. I try to let it happen naturally. Like how the weight crept on, it will creep off 🤞👍🏊💪
Oh, and I am changing weigh-in day from Friday to Monday. Trying to keep things interesting!

I need the scales this time around, PV! I 'look' alright but my clothes feel tight. I am getting mixed messages so the scales are the final judge on this occasion!!

Anne, I used to step on the scale every single day.. but now I decided to establish one kilo allowance which can go back and forth with me stressing about it.
Whatever you do, make sure the kitchen one is always in good working order. Although I am in maintenance stage I keep tracking everything I eat (there’s some exceptions) and honestly… I just ate chocolate filled churros because … well: it was a snack and it fits my macros. 🤭
