Thanks, liv! Drifting up and down within the same range, but my goal by the end of the week is to be staying below 150. I decided to drop my calories by a couple hundred. It isn't going to be easy, but my activity level is not allowing me more right now. I hope you have a great week!

Thanks so much everybody!!! It has been a pretty good day. I got in a ten mile walk, saw a pair of river otters playing, watched so many species of ducks on the river.... Best of all... Did I say I made ten miles?! 😁Second half was slower, but I had no sharp knee pain, and it feels stable and good now! I've been trying so hard to limber up the connecting muscles and strengthen... I'm working on some stretches that seem to loosen the IT band. I can't really do pt right now, but I am encouraged today that I am making some progress.

Liv, I'm trying to weigh in daily, but I'm also trying to not get too obsessive if I feel I need to skip a day or two. So, good for you for knowing when stepping on the scale isn't needed or helpful. Goodness, this is a journey with no end... We have time keep at it!
