I’ve been working too much and my good sleep, food and exercise habits are starting to fall. It’s not great for my mental health either. I hope to get caught up on a couple work things today and then start working less at my main job which will allow my good habits to fall back in place. I’m covering for my supervisor during her maternity leave while doing my own job - and business has picked up at my second job as well. But my client load at my main job has reduced recently so I hope I can start to work a bit less now. Have a great day FSF ☀️
