Maybe about 7 years ago as I was chasing after my boys in some deep snow, I hurt my knee. It is causing me some problems now. I started trying to jog and adding more high-impact exercises to my workouts. Apparently, I will need to find another way forward because my knee is swollen and it is painful all the time. I am going to see a doctor who will (eventually) schedule me for a MRI. Once I have those results I will be able to make smarter workout choices. I will figure this out and keep you posted. In the meantime, while my activity level has decreased, I'll cut back on calories to the best of my ability. I will be 47 this year...gotta keep truckin'.
