Day 28 and end of first month. 2.4 kg lost No deficit to speak of yesterday I had a chill out day with zero activity of note. Later this morning I have my AAA screening - It's a simple ten minute procedure and I get results immediately First thing this morning I went for a quick hilly run first thing in Ukrainian colours. Our Shrove Tuesday efforts will be to have pancakes in some format for all three meals today. For breakfast we have started with American pancakes, maple syrup and bacon. Small portion Obv. It all went very well thanks. The radiographer said "you had a nice flat stomach " and afterwards "a lovely aorta" Made my day.

Hello Adpully, you talk a lot of sense. Pray we all come through a little better than we are now. You are 64, I am 64 in June. Like I said our parents and Grandparents have been through enough with out this. But on a cheerful note your weight loss is great so very well done. Your wife Claire must be chuffed for you.
