I'm kind of surprised that I dropped a couple of pounds, ate more carbs than usual while we were at my son's house. Portion control worked! I'm doing great with the dental implant, my jaw is sore but doesn't ache. I'm surprised about that too. Still taking the prescription strength Ibuprofen, so maybe that's why it doesn't ache. Doc says take them til they're gone, but will probably wean off sooner. Hard on the stomach! Hope you all are having a good week. Our snow is gone and the son is shining beautifully today and trying to warm up. Maybe spring is finally here.
