Day 48 I have not weighed in for four days - Concentration has been on my 1/2 marathon race rather than diet. I completed it yesterday - It was over Dartmoor and very hilly in lovely some weather. I finished in a decent time of 2H 6M 32s- Out of more than 300 runners there were just five men in my age group 60-65 and of them I was the first past the post! It's been just over ten months since I was a 95kg couch potato and started dieting then jogging. It can be done.

Next target is to complete a marathon distance.
