Back from holidays. Some extra weight to lose. Could have been worse. Thank goodness we did a lot of walking. Will start again tomorrow since need to buy groceries after work. Not a great week to start since Stampede week. Need to avoid pancake breakfasts and drinking. Basically no stampeding.
