It has been 8 weeks post op. I was released to go back to exercising 2 weeks ago, but due to things not going as plan I choose to take off two additional days. I returned to approx 20/30% of where I left off. I plan on doing some pics with numbers of gains and loses of body measurements. The biggest shifts were BMI and resting HR. I fear my slug isn't over, but at least I'm starting to slug it out. BTW, PSA, never undergo robotic assist laparoscopic surgery at or below 13%.
