Wednesday - April 30th, and I'm throwing caution to the wind and recording my 'fake weigh in' with a journal. I don't really know if I've lost any scale pounds - I thought I'd just mess with the scale bot by giving it an outrageous number to process. Hey, maybe I'll end up on the feature page too, LOL. This could change my life - as if my trip this past weekend hasn't already. Did I mention Jonathan Goldsmith was at my hotel? (the most interesting man in the world, the Dos Equis poster child.) He was sitting at the table beside mine when I went for brunch Saturday and the patio table beneath my balcony Saturday night. You know, when I think about it.. I think he was stalking me. Hmmm. I didn't notice him at brunch (the waitstaff told me) ... and when I did realize that was him beneath my balcony I was in my pj's .. when opportunity knocks, I need to be appropriately attired, right?

I don't always stalk Bella, but when I do.... I like to hang out under her balcony and bombard her at brunch. I would have asked him to take a picture with me and used it as my profile picture for the rest of my life and possibly engrave it on my headstone as well. I met chef Gordon Ramsey a couple years ago, but he was too busy for a picture with me :-( Boo. Nice loss, btw, you're really killing it lol. Go big or go home... and I'm already home!

Thanks everyone. BTW - he does look just like his photo too; that isn't special lighting, makeup or smoke & mirrors. Makes me wish I'd had on something a little more special than my pajama shorts set from Walmart as I tried to get his photo from the balcony. That was actually my second brush with a celebrity in one month. Last week a long time State Congressman came into my shop.... I was stunned.

Wait a minute, this trip is starting to sound better and better. A near run in with a celebrity and you lost an amazing amount of weight (weight loss due to use of built in sauna in train compartment). I need to go wherever you went.
