Diario de meonadiet, 20 oct. 14

Last week I was far far from perfect. But thankfully it was enough to lose some of the weight I put on from Thanksgiving. From week 1 mini-challenges I need to work on drinking more water, daily exercise, and log all exercise and food.
72,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 5,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 9,1 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.

a non gain is always a good day or week for me!! you seem to be on track, doesn't it take some time for our bodies to do the adjustment when we lose weight? not gaining is always good for me :D

You always were good at challenges.. must be the fighter in you :D so far you have lost 25 lbs... thats great.. imagine a 20 lb sack of potatoes and how heavy that would be carry around with you all the time. I think your doing great.
