you are still maintaining your two lb loss from 3 weeks ago, you have not gained. Our limit on snacking is working for me. How is it going there. I see you chose fruit for your snacks and that is suppose to be a great option, however fruit just doesn't seem to "do it" for me.

I'm good at work since the only options I have is what I bring i.e. fruit is my snacks during the day. BUT evenings fruit doesn't do it for me either.
