Gain a pound, lose a pound, over and over all year. Well, it's good to be within my range around the 140 mark, but the 'not good enough ' feelings never let up! I have a goal of being in the 130 range and a new year to think about. Will it be more of the same feelings; Will I be closer to the 130 mark; Can my mind be capable of focusing on the progress instead of the length of time? I have heard some nice compliments from folks. Why is that not enough? I don't know. Just keep doing what you do for improvement.
