Hi. I read your last post and I agree with yah. I think you may have some muscle imbalance. When I went to PT I had weak glutes(still do 🫤), tight quads and calf… but when I did the exercises and stretch it helped. Hope your PT works out for you. 

Thanks for the support! This new PT has been extremely helpful so far. She tested my ankle and foot strength and I've been given new exercises that I think are actually helping. Fingers crossed 🤞! 

Ashley, glad you found a good PT. I hope you continue to make progress. I stopped by to say thank you for helping Cindy. I was moved. You are amazing.  

So glad she is helping. How rude for the other pts to just tell you to stop running. Agree with yfritz that you are amazing (so is she) 

Well, you both are also amazing 😘😘 so glad yfritz has come back! Cindy, how are you doing against Nicole? I was supposed to visit my parents this weekend, but had to cancel because of it 😔😔😔

Thank you asarver! 😘🤗 I am safe in Gainesville away from Nicole. Not much storming happened here, just a moderate wind and rain. Unfortunately due to being out of town I didn’t get to meet yfritz in person though she was nice enough to check on my place and neighborhood for me.
