well.. i discovered something random that could potentially explain WHY even with the Carnivore Diet i couldn't lose weight, or lost some but gained it back.
my birth control.( i use mirena)
Theres a moderate side effect that causes weight gain, and in obese individuals, it can be extremely difficult to lose it.
Not everyone may experience this but i certainly have.... once i had it inserted(Oct 2019), my weight loss just paused. Monday, im having it removed and lets see what happens!
