Hello Kat, did you have a weigh in? Did you hold steady? I am curious if you have changed your game plan or if you are holding to it? Wishing you the best in any case. 

I didn’t really stick to my diet so I’m starting it over again today. However I’m thinking about adding making it 750 calories instead of 500 calories and that’s why I added the Greek salad and orange juice today.
