Heaviest ever weight!! the last year and a bit have been a struggle, but this needs to change, it’s been the first weigh in for a while and was expected, time to try and find the right path.

I know the path I should walk I just can’t bloody find it at the moment 😂. I determined to find it again though.

Please do not get discouraged and give up - I have been there before, too. What helped me was to change ONE small thing to help me get my mojo back. Start softly.
