What a difference a day makes! Yay, I 'broke'another pound! Yesterday I did step up my walking to 4 miles. I managed a mile and a half at lunch, then walked with hubby later.

We are both in the Winter Warrior challenge of trying to do at least 1 mile outside everyday in Jan (in NH, that can be a challenge)! He is in the 3 mile a day challenge. I stayed with the mile b/c I know even if I'm sick and the weather is bad, I can eek out a mile if I have to. It'll be a snowy walk today

I hope you are seeing some progress on your journeys. It's snowing a lot here today, greetings from the great white north!
