So excited, hit a mini milestone, down over 15lbs as of today! The other day when I weighed myself I was up a pound. But I was fully dressed. So today I weighed myself with/without clothes and clothes account for approx. 2 lbs. So I actually had lost a pound. Oh fun with math!

So, since my roadtrip to FL I've lost 3lbs. I was shocked (in a good way). My old dog loves walking down here and so do I without ice and snow it's a lot easier and fun. I haven't logged all my food, because I'm enjoying trying different restaurants and cuisines down here. I'm just trying to make better choices, or eat less of the 'good stuff'.

I bought a couple of dresses for the KY Derby which I can lose some weight and still have them fit, so getting excited for my 'goal' look good event!
