yikes! Thursday and sunday i had great weight lifting sessions. Actually used 12 lbs dumbbells. 5 and 8 wasnt a challenge anymore. Need to get 10lbs dumbbells.
88,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 9,9 kg.    Aún para ir: 0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

I appreciate the support here. Itdoes feel great to feel stronger. Hoping this gain is water weight. Got some sore muscles.

I always gain a little after workouts. I workout late in the day and the next morning I am usually up a 1/2-1 #. I weigh myself daily but only go by my Friday weigh in each week to stay on track.

It is also common for me to gain a little weight after a hard workout. Plenty of protein will help make sure it turns to muscle. And, muscle burns lots of calories.

Great job! At the gym I use 10s, 12.5s, and 15s when working out. At home I have 10s and 5s. I need some 8s but they seem to be hard to come by.
