What a busy busy couple of weeks. The Bethany Fair was over Labor Day weekend and the family was here. Lots of eating on the run, and of course the "Fair Food" was hard to resist. Never did have that deep fried Snickers, but did split a cheesecake on a stick with my sister. Guess that's better than eating the whole thing. Then spent the better part of a week at my Mom's house. My goodness-she lives on carbs! So relied on portion control. So all in all-not too bad to still have a small loss.
