I can't believe my eyes. WHAT!! April 20th was last time I weighed 190.6!! Having high protein this past week has super charged weight loss. At this rate tomorrow I'll be 189s!! We didn't make cookies thankfully whew....I knew I wouldn't have had a loss at that point.The cheeldren asked again though today.."why always ask at breakfast?? it's going to be a solid no!!" my toddler: "cookies are breakfast!!" best argument ive had 🤣

Good job!! You are doing the right thing for you and your children. They don't need to be eating more than an occasional treat either.

The way he said it so matter-of-fact.... Totally irrefutable!! i was not changing his mind!! He settled for sausage links and eggs with small serving of oatmeal. For the cookies though, We will take sprinkles and roll the dough ball in the sprinkles. They bake nicely. He got new sprinkles from Gramma; she got him rocket ship sprinkles! So he wants to have rocketship 🚀 and shark 🦈 cookies.

I make a trail cookie that is basically breakfast in cookie form. Oatmeal, dried fruit being a the heart of them. Many great suggestions on the internet.

PZOWIE- lol it was similar to like the threat my Italian mother made "if tu non like mi cena, mangia pane!!" When she was angry/excited Italian mixed with English. "If you don't like my dinner, eat bread!!"

Milk toast with hot milk cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar.. Dad buttered the toast put brown sugar on it and the cinnamon mix and toasted it under the broiler. Served in a bowl with hot milk. To die for. Maybe we were poor and were out of cereal and eggs—- IDK but we loved it. The bread was always home made, and dad made homemade hot cocoa to go with it..
