⬇️ been staying under 1700 cals, eating all food groups including 🍷 but tracking much more closely than for a while, it’s the only thing that works 🥲 I’m sick n tired of weighing and measuring but we gotta pick our battles. I had my “boost” my “help” April-August but since its been all me again. I know what to do
