Oh no!! I hope not I am not even 30 days into being 60 yet. I had that happen once I had a severe cold was in Orlando for my daughter's softball games during spring break and when I flew home my Estacion tube had collapsed. I had severe vertigo and that ear was plugged. I had a hard time being out of bed. It took antibiotics and blowing excercises to make my ear pop to get it to clear.  

Oh poor girl. Praying you get relief!! Keep us updated if you feel up to it. 🩷🩷🙏🏻🙏🏻 

Just got back…did a lot of neurlogical testing and she is pretty confident it is the ear. I also have a buildup in the right ear of possibly cholesterol. Something white not yellow so she did an ozone treatment in that ear. She is positing it may be meunieres disease so we still are not really sure. She added some additional supplements (double fish oil to 4 capsules for 30 days, some other supplement for 30 days, up potassium and vitamin c via nutrition, double up on b12 for 7 days in addition to b12 shot for my sheer exhaustion and something to help with mental clarity. Forgot what it is but it is a powder to add to water and a prescription for the vertigo). No working out for next two weeks minimum and apparently my concussion is pretty severe. I didnt realize i have about a 2” long x 1” wide bruise and swelling on the base of my skull so guessing when i lost consciousness not only did i hit the front of my head but must have hit the toilet with the back of my head on the way down. I feel like i am currently operating on the dumbed down version of myself. Super slow mentally, didnt remember some of the things that happened at the hospital hubs had to tell her things i just dont recall. But, i did take a pretty hard hit to the head. RPL i dont think this is really what 60 is like its just when I turned 40 i was seriously ill for about 7 months before we found out what was causing it. When i was turning 50 i was diagnosed with pulmonary disease and in and out of the hospital that whole year and now ive been 60 for about 75 days and this happens. So every ten years? Which for someone until then was really healthy its a little bit of a pill to swallow. I don’t feel old. I dont look old. But im having old people problems😂

I was wondering if it was related to your ears when you mentioned the vertigo. Maybe caught a virus that led to an inner ear infection?? Keep us posted. Prayers for healing! 

I know the feeling. This virus has knocked my on my butt.

Storms, i dont have an ear infection. Current thought is possibly meunieres. The ozone in my ear did clear up a lot of the plugged up feeling and some of the ringing Thank you for the prayers I ALWAYS welcome those. 

Morticia, how are you and your husband doing? Any better at all? If not, do you have plans to see your doctor?

Oh wow!!! I hope that is not what 60 looks like Yearofhealth2023.  

I am 65 and had vertigo really bad. Two doctors tried to fix it with exercises with my head and did not succeed. Then I went to a specialist who did the exercises on me with the help of a monitoring machine. The machine that shows your eye when you are desperate and think you are going to fall while on the bed in the office. I had to return twice and she was then able to put the crystals back in place. Now I am well. Wish you the best! 

Let me assure you nearing 60 young'uns one doesn't fall apart at 60. I know, because I'm 80 and I'm still (mostly) together. 💚💜💛
