Slightly embarrassing weight. Somehow made a mistake with my starting weight calculation the other day and actually was around 201 pounds. The heaviest I’ve ever been. Put pleased with progress made in losing the Christmas excess and knock of 3.5lb since Boxing Day. Wish you all the best of luck in your journey’s and goals for 2024.

I think that is a pretty standard weight gain for the festive season. A lot of that will be stored glycogen and its associated water as opposed to fat. The trick is to get that moved on before it becomes fat! And having said that, I am off to the gym. Last one of the year!!

I’m ok with the Christmas gain and pleased I’ve moved it quickly, just frustrated and embarrassed I didn’t realise how heavy I have become. Have a great workout 😊

Well now that Christmas and birthday are out of the way, I’m determined to get on the scales tomorrow.
