finally on the better side of that cold. my throat is slowly getting better still struggling to swallow food. substituting today! cant wait to nap!

Get well! I've been pretty well flattened by a virus this week myself. There's some nasty stuff going around right now

Its been approaching 20days i believe, right after Christmas i felt it come one. The last thing to leave was the cough/soru throat. Im still coughing but my sore throat is finally healing. Nasal spray really helped keep sinuses moist to prevent excess mucus production.
