Day off. We did go to the grocery store. I bought Sirloin & broccoli to make Beef & Broccoli for dinner. It was pretty good 😋
Tomorrow is a Gym day.
I kept my calories a bit lower today.
Protein was good for the week. Over 100 grams for my daily average. I was a tiny bit short for Fiber, though. I need to watch that, so I'm at least hitting my daily goal of 20 grams.
