Diario de meonadiet, 08 jun. 15

Last week was bad. I was hungry all the time and acted on it. I was also very tired. I usually ignore and still exercise, but didn't. Even yesterday my plan was a jog. It was not happening. I could have gone for a short walk instead of nothing. Exhausted again this morning, BUT I will do better this week.
70,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 7,8 kg.    Aún para ir: 6,8 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.
