Finally broke the 201 barrier at 200.6, ....again. It's only 4/10 below but when one bounces up & down between 201 and 212 from Thanksgiving until now, it is like a sigh of relief. The next short term goal is 199 range. I am hoping to achieve that by month end. Yesterday's round of golf may have helped since it was cool and we walked alot. It certainly was not the score. UGH !! :) Too early in the season. Everyone have a wonderful spring day. It's back to the bike this A.M. in about 20 minutes. Working off a great meal that we had Sunday PM after Bible Class. We went to the local "best restaurant", the Colorado Grill. If you are ever in the Nashville area, go north about 30 miles to White House just off the interstate. My wife and I split the meat on a delicious & thick grilled pork chop and some grilled cod. Plus, I had a salad and broccoli. Wish I had taken a picture. God is good !!
