I’m very conscious about my weight as got to this weight before and didn’t feel great, so had a change of life got into fitness and work my way down to 12 stone, training 8 times a week. Then life got in the way and slipped right back and even though i think I can carry the weight ok. I hate it. The main thing is we have our own goals and are happy. 😃
