Thank you. I hope I can continue this trend for quite some time. As much as I would like to see it come off faster, I'm not going to be greedy about it and appreciate the fact that it's coming off. I still hope to get below 200# in the near future so I can feel like I can have a "normal" meal once in a while without feeling guilty about it.
