Long plateau since last pound dropped.
Lost one hole size in belt, gained a bit more muscle in upper torso, legs and arms maintained uphill ski endurance with light gear; 3 miles in 56.5 minutes for a 3.2 mph average over the distance while gaining 3080 ft vertical (averages to an 11% slope). Endurance and power not much increase or decrease since early December.
Heading out to a back country lodge north of Golden, BC, Canada this Friday for a four day cat skiing trip...great group, great terrain, tons of powder, great healthy food...very nice! If we end up doing something kooky I'll post a pic. Cheers all!!
