Kind of got into the Halloween candy plus other things. Weighed myself Tuesday morning and up 6lbs. Very disappointed with myself. Today is weighin day for my challenge and only up 1lb. I'm so surprised. Christmas season is starting. No more of that.

thanks for all the love on my wall...dont worry i ate so much candy i think a picture of me from a few months ago gained 30 lbs! haha. Tis the season but we must forget and not dwell on what we cannot change and commit to making better decisions today and tomorrow. Congrats on 19lbs any ways that is such a huge achomplishment, and keep going. Nov is a great buffer month to steer clear from endulging so we can enjoy feasts in the coming month.
