We ate at my wife's favorite Mexican restaurant for dinner last night for her Birthday. We had Fajitas made with chicken and beef. The skillet was loaded with beef, chicken, peppers and onion. It was delicious and we cleaned our plates. We ate early but when we got home we were so full we laid down before dark. I knew that was a "No, No." I got up around 9:00pm and started drinking mass quantities of water. I also had to finish getting my daily steps. The result is that my weight has been bouncing around like crazy this week. Oh well, it is what it is... Have a good day folks!

It's good that you enjoyed birthday dinner with your wife, fully worth the gain which is nothing but water anyway and will be gone soon.
