Even my scale was surprised at this drop. I haven't eaten well for the past week - my kitchen was demo'd leading me to eat out four nights this week. Top that off with three lunch meetings (with cookies in the box that I couldn't seem to resist), and I thought I had sabotaged myself right out of any loss for the week. This loss was a gift. I really need to be stronger. That is the only way I will be able to keep this train going on the track.
Another busy weekend ahead - filled with cleaning, painting and getting rid of stuff. I also hope to get the baseboards and trim in the upstairs bedroom cut and installed. I will be contacting a realtor next week and then getting this whole sell the house thing going in earnest. My kitchen is beautiful. It was hard to live without running water for most of the week, but it was worth it in the end. I am hoping the change will add significant value to the house.
