Well i'm back. Off of my break from the diet. It was my x-mas gift to myself to enjoy the holidays. Yes i'm paying for it I feel nasty with the sugar in me. My body has turned on me, I haven't had my peroid, and a boil showed up. I haven't missed a peroid since I lost the first 50 lbs. and I haven't had a boil in over two years. I think it's all the juke i've eaten in the last month. I've had no energy and just plain gross. Today is the start of feeling better. I'm not going back on it to lost weight just feel better agien you don't realize it until you go off.
