Another small drop although really I've been in maintenance mode since my big push in late May. Looks like my set weight will be between 200 and 208 depending on how much muscle I want to carry in my upper body and legs. I might go for a lower weight but I kinda like to carry a bit more muscle if it doesn't affect my endurance too much. Shoulder is a wee bit better however range of motion is still pretty restricted compared to healthy. No plans for surgery yet as Dr. and I want to see if it will "fix itself" before making that commitment. See below for a pic as promised to a buddy, of me and a little snoozing camper "out for a walk", as well as our newest addition to the grandchildren, "Button". We love them to pieces!! I"ll also post later today a couple of pics of our favorite "secret" beaches (as promised to Warren). Take care all, hope you all have a great week ahead!!

Wow, Stephen. Gotta get jacked before I become a grandpa. My arms are pretty sick. I used to do sets with 50 pound dumbells. I have to push on and keep stripping this fat hiding my guns and abs.

Bruce, I think I have a few years left before they all are outrunning me...for the present it's almost a fair match.... unless the other grandson shows up then it's dicey...those two boys are fast and slippery.
